Zip Game Unlimited
Play the Zip game unlimited: draw one line through all 36 cells, passing the numbered dots in order. 3 sizes, from 5 by 5 to 7 by 7, and a new board each time you press Next.
How to play Zip
- 1
Start on the 1 and drag through the cells, up, down, left or right. You can also tap the next cell to step one cell at a time.
- 2
Pass the numbered dots in order, 1 then 2 then 3, and finish on the last number.
- 3
Fill every cell exactly once. On Hard (7 by 7), 6 hedge walls sit between cells and the line cannot pass through them.
- 4
Drag back along the line to undo steps, or tap the 1 to start over. Press Next puzzle for a new board.

Zip tips
- Work backwards as well as forwards. The last number is fixed, so the cells around it tell you how the line has to arrive. On the 6 by 6 board the line must visit all 36 cells, so it cannot leave a cell stranded.
- Watch the corners and the edges. A corner cell has only two neighbours, so the line has to pass through it between exactly those two, and a cell with only one open neighbour must be the start or the end of the line.
- Do not wall yourself in. If your line cuts the board in two and a part with unvisited cells is left behind, drag back a few steps. Dragging back along the line undoes steps one at a time.
- On Hard, the 6 hedge walls count as closed doors. Mark where they are before you draw: a wall next to a corner often decides which way the line has to turn.
Zip Game Unlimited questions
How do you play the Zip game?
Draw one continuous line that starts on the first numbered cell, passes the numbers in order and ends on the last one, filling every cell on the way. The line moves up, down, left or right only. When the last cell is filled, the puzzle is solved.
Is there an unlimited Zip game where I can play new boards back to back?
Yes. Press Next puzzle and a new board of the same size is made in your browser at once. There is no daily limit and no sign-up.
Is this LinkedIn Zip or a different site?
No. The Dles is an independent site. We wrote this version ourselves and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.
Does the line have to fill every cell in Zip?
Yes. As Social Media Today and Beebom describe the game, the line runs through the numbers in order and has to cover every cell of the grid. This version follows the same rule.
When did LinkedIn launch Zip?
LinkedIn launched Zip in March 2025, as Social Media Today and Business Standard reported.
When does the daily Zip reset on LinkedIn?
On LinkedIn the daily games reset at midnight Pacific Time, according to Beebom and ConnectSafely. Daily mode here follows the date on your own device instead.
Can I get a hint when I am stuck on a Zip board?
Yes. Each press of Hint draws the next correct cell of the line. If your own line has drifted off the route we stored, it is cut back to the point where it still matches and one more cell is added. After three hints a Show answer button appears. A board where you showed the answer does not count toward your streak or best time.
Does my Zip streak work without signing in?
Yes. Your Daily streak and best times are kept in this browser, with no account. Clearing site data or switching browsers starts you fresh.
